Dentist

So my girls had a few cavity bugs to get taken care of. We had to have them up to Riverwood surgery center at 7:30 on a snowy morning. We got them up at 5 am and headed up to Provo. Brynlee went first, and they took her in a wagon away from us and let her "blow up a balloon" until she fell asleep. The doctor had told us that 99% of the the kids come out mad and crying, but Brynlee was part of that 1%. She woke up and just came and sat on her daddy's lap and was fine within minutes. Brooklyn on the other hand woke up MAD!! She fought like crazy. Even Steven had a hard time holding on to her. I finally got her calmed down enough to get her in the car. Once we were out of there she was fine, but she had a rough go of it. They are now just enjoying their "new" teeth and the new baby from dad for being brave. Here is to keeping the sugar bugs away!

Easter 2015

I am a little behind on my Easter Post due to the fact that the pictures were on my regular camera, but I'm trying not to get to far behind. Easter weekend was perfect. It was so nice having it on the same weekend as conference weekend. We spent Saturday at the Easter Egg hunt, listening to conference, and coloring Easter eggs. The girls had a blast at the hunt. Brooklyn had an arm full of candy that she hadn't put in her bag yet, and she yelled "Mom I'm winning." It was so fun to watch them get so excited about it. They had just as much fun coloring and putting stickers on their Easter eggs. Jace joined in on the fun, and enjoyed watching his sisters get so excited. Easter morning came with 2 very excited girls. The Easter Bunny had found them, even with threats that the Easter Bunny would skip our house if they didn't stop being naughty. The girls have been asking for a Mitt and a ball for almost a year now, and the Easter Bunny finally came through. They had also asked Steve for a real Pig and Cow to have as a pet, so the Easter Bunny found them a stuffed one to have until they can have on to show at the fair :) With all the excitement of Easter, it's sometimes Easy to forget the real reason we celebrate. I am so thankful for my Savior and his resurrection. I am so thankful it has given me the opportunity to be with my family for Eternity. I have a long ways to go to be where I should be as a wife, mother and person, but I am so thankful I can turn to my Savior and keep trying each day. We would be nowhere without the Gospel in our lives. I truly am grateful we had conference this weekend to hear from the Prophet and Apostles to remind us the real reason. I love my family, and I love my Savior!

6 months

In a blink of an eye my baby boy is 6 months. I can't believe time has gone by that fast. Before I know it, we will be celebrating his birthday. He is such a joy in our lives. He makes us all so happy. He tries so hard to be bigger than he is. He wants nothing more than to chase after his sisters. Jace adores them just as much as they do him. He loves being naked, and I have to wrestle him to get him dressed. He wants to eat food with us now. No more of this baby food stuff. He LOVES creamy time with his sisters. Jace loves everything that has to do with being outside. He is a major Mommy's Boy, and I would be lying if I said I didn't love it. He's trying so hard to crawl, but I hope he puts that off for awhile. He is already getting into enough trouble with his little bum scoot he's got going on. I sure love my baby boy, and I hope he always know that.
