Teeth

Jace had his first 2 teeth poke through today. He has been so good about it. I would have never known if he hadn't stuck my finger in his mouth. I think sucking on Apples makes his gums feel better. He was loving it. Love my baby boy! 

Hogle Zoo

Saturday Steven and I took the kids to the Zoo. I was so glad Daddy wanted to come with us. The girls even picked their own shirts for the occasion. Brooklyn was excited for the Bears and Brynlee wanted the Tigers. They loved ALL the animals! Jace was such a good boy as always. I just love family time!

How is it that my baby is growing up so fast! He wants to be so big and keep up with his sisters. I just want him to stay little and be my cuddle buddy. So proud of him! 

St. Patrick's Day

st. Patrick's Day was always one of those holidays I thought was stupid and didn't really do anything about, all I ever considered it as was a day to wear green so you didn't get pinched. I have learned since having kids that anything that's fun for the kids turns out kinda fun for the mom too! Brooklyn and Brynlee are at that age where even the littlest thing are so fun for them, and I love it! So this year I tried to make it fun for them. I had lucky the Elf write the girls a letter with his footprints on it, and he also got their green clothes laid out of them. They spent the morning writing letters back to Lucky and talking about him. Then in the afternoon we made sugar cookies, and made green frosting to go on them. I love doing things like this with my girls. Jace was such a good sport and hung out with us smiling his handsome smile. I did consider it my lucky day when he took his first hour and a half nap in this crib. The girls also thought it was pretty lucky to have their mom all to themselves for a while. Being a mom sure is great!

5 months

Another month has come and gone and my baby boy is 5 months. My new favorite quote is "The days are long, but the years are short." He is our little sweet buddy! He's rolling all over, and loves to eat food. So far his favorites are bananas and Carrots. He is getting pretty good at sitting up. Not much longer until he will be able to do it on his own. We loved him so much, and glad he chose us!

Snow Day

We have been praying and praying for Snow, and this week Heavenly Father blessed us. I have always hated the snow, but being married to a farmer has made me learn to at least appreciate it and know it is needed. The girls had a blast in it! They made a snowman named Frosty, and were so sad when it melted over before the day was even over.
