Swimming!!!

Brooklyn and Brynlee's new favorite thing is swimming. They ask almost everyday if we are going to swim today. I am so glad we have a pool here in town, because we might be spending our summer there! This week we hit both the Nephi pool and the Manti pool. My mom had my nieces, so we took them swimming on Monday, and then Steve and I took the kids to the Manti pool this afternoon. I'm so glad they love it. 

A day in the sun

We are loving this nice weather. Being outside is so much better than being stuck in the house!! The girls love running around the house and riding their bikes, and Jace just loves watching and standing up by the slide. He hates when I make him go back inside. We are ready for summer!

St. George

I was so surprised when Steve came home from work and told me to book a hotel for the weekend in St. George. We have been talking about going for a year now, and we were finally going to go. To say I was happy would be an understatement. I was so excited. 

So Friday afternoon we got the kids in the car and headed out. I think the girls were just as excited as I was. Everyone was so good in the car both there and back. We started off Friday evening with dinner at Applebee's, and then finished with some swimming at the hotel. The girls LOVED it. 

On Saturday we started off doing a little hiking around Dixie rock. Steve tried catching some "newts" and Brooklyn and Brynlee loved hiking with their daddy. Jace was a little unsure, but was happy to have Momma pack him around. After hiking Steven took us to Fiesta Fun to go miniature golfing. Steve of course won, but we all had a good time. After grabbing some lunch we headed off FYI Washinton city center to do some more swimming. The girls were able to meet Elsa, which was their favorite part of the city center. They didn't care so much for the swimming there, and wanted to head back to the hotel to swim. We ended our vacation with swimmingly in the hotel fan dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. It was so yummy. It was the perfect little vacation, and we can't wait to go back! A fun time was had by all. And I just have to add the kids were so so so good for us the whole time!

8 months

My baby boy turned 8 months on June 7th! He is getting so big! He goes wherever he pleases, stands up, loves food especially gogurt, and tries to do things his sisters do. He is sure loved!!
